cipherK provides digital marketing products & consulting services designed for startup founders, SMBs, solopreneurs & marketing executives, including but not limited to DIY marketing guides, ready made templates on on-page SEO, off-page SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing & other inbound marketing strategies. Our consulting services are 1:1 consulting for guidance and strategy direction only. Execution of marketing strategies are the sole responsibility of the customers. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or enhance our products and services at any time. 

 

• Orders and Payments 

 

To place an order, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. Pricing and payment terms are subject to change without notice. Payments are due upon order confirmation. All prices are in Rupees.​

 

• Delivery & Refunds

 

​cipherK delivers all it's product digitally. So ensure correct email IDs to receive any download materials. The services offered and the digital products offered are non-refundable.

• Intellectual Property 

 

All content and materials on our website and products, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and product designs, are the property of cipherK and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subsequent sale of digital products will be dealt under court of law.

You agree not to misuse our products, services, or website. 

You must not violate any applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, or privacy laws. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

cipherK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability under these TAC is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.
